Established in 2003, Agile Solution Sdn Bhd (630841-D) is located in
Sungai Wang Plaza, Kuala Lumpur and a branch in Batu Pahat, Johor.
As the name "Agile Solution" implied, we believe that a business
solution must be responsive to the external changes and trend by taking
advantages of the available technologies.
Our Mission
1. To achieve zero level of customer complaints. This requires staff
trainings and explorations of new solutions to provide excellent service
and products.
2. To enable our customer to meet or exceed their business objectives.
This includes fulfilling their business requirements and providing after
sales service.
Our Vision
1. To be a leader in wide range of Point of sales hardware vendor in
Malaysia.
2. To be a leader in the "Off-the-shelf" SME business solution in
Malaysia through nurturing a group of young entrepreneurs with similar
objective and determination.
Our Business Philosophy
In order to be successful, we have to sell our goods at a profit and
satisfy our customers.
If we satisfy our customers but fail to make a profit, we will soon be
out of business.
If we make a profit without satisfying our customers, we will soon be
out of customers.
The secret of doing both lies in the one word service. Service means
doing something so valuable for the customer that he is glad to pay a
price that allows us to make a profit.
